My Review: Dead by Nightfall is the final audiobook in the Dead By Trilogy and it knocked my socks off. Beverly Barton’s story is absolutely thrilling and suspenseful up to the last minute.

At the end the previous audiobook Dead by Morning, Barton left us hanging after Griff told his wife Nic his darkest secret. Frustrated and hurt she left the safety of Griffin’s Rest and headed to her sanctuary in the Smoky Mountains. Shortly after her arrival, she’s kidnapped and taken to into the unknown by her captor.

The only thing Nic is worried about is protecting herself and her baby. She’s only a few months along and can’t imagine letting the monster keeping her from her husband know about her pregnancy. The twists and turns in this audiobook are awesome.

Barton keeps listeners on their toes and wanting more. This was such an amazing listen. I love this series and Dead by Nightfall answers all of the questions and ends the trilogy perfectly.

Narrator Review: Karen White was an amazing narrator for this audiobook and the entire trilogy. Her performance was top notch and she added so much to the story. Her narration of Nic’s character gave me goosebumps at times. White brought everything to life for me, the scenes, the characters, the kills.
